About Works

Works - An Art Happening
Intown Church and Antler Gallery present the eighth annual Works: An Art Happening, an event celebrating the diverse art, music, and culture of Portland.

Works showcases Portland’s musical talent and hosts a curated gallery of local visual artists in the gothic atmosphere of
The Old Church, one of downtown Portland’s landmark buildings.

Musical guests include
Lost Lander performing their cinematic and gorgeous pop, the haunting folk melodies of Alialujah Choir, and the avant garde aural experimentations of Like A Villain.

Local writer and raconteur
Robert Bruce will entertain and provocate with his spoken word performance.

The musicians, artists and performers at Works attract hundreds of attendees each year. Attendees enjoy great beer and wine paired with locally sourced food prepared by local chef Berkley Braden.

A percent of the proceeds will benefit
p:ear , an organization mentoring homeless youth through education, art and recreation.
